Comment: | The Childrens Heart Federation (CHF) is a federation of local and national support groups in the UK and Ireland. CHF provides a freephone helpline and e-mail service for the families of children with heart conditions and those who care for them. Other services include small grants for respite care or family support, the provision of a network of computers in hospitals so children can continue their education and the provision of blood test monitors for home use.
CHF also raises awareness of the needs of heart children, and publishes a range of information sheets. |
