CARELINE is a telephone hotline for older and/or disabled electricity customers living within Southern Electrics region. CARELINE staff can offer special CARELINE services including advice on bills, specially adapted controls, easy ways to pay and protection against bogus callers. The helpline is also the main point of contact for customers who rely on their supply for special medical equipment such as home dialysis machines, oxygen concentrators, artificial ventilators and stairlifts.
They also now offer the same set of services to all Scottish Hydro Electric, Swalec and Atlantic customers.
