Comment:

The Gloucester Club House operates as an open club run by members and trained staff, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm, to provide a work based environment to encourage renewal, training and development of skills and abilities. The aim is to enable supported work placements with local employers and for members to establish good working records, leading to permanent employment. The club also offers social and emotional support for and between members.
They have developed an education programme, available to people with mental health problems. The programme has been designed in conjunction with the members. Skills covered include computing, office skills, catering, food hygiene and preparation etc.
