The West Midlands office of the Housing Corporation develops regional strategies, liaises with local authorities and housing associations, and allocates funds to housing associations in that region. They approve new housing projects, monitor housing associations to make sure that they meet performance standards and arrange for the payment of grants.
The West Midlands office covers Hereford and Worcester, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire and the West Midlands (Birmingham, Dudley, Sandwell,Solihull, Walsall and Wolverhampton).
