Comment: | Gam-Anon provides support for the families and friends of compulsive gamblers, regardless of whether the gambler attends Gamblers Anonymous. Gam-Anon Helpline operates from 8:30am to 11:30pm every day. They offer an opportunity for the family and friends of a compulsive gambler to talk over their difficulties. The Helpline will provide information about the nearest Gam- Anon group where mutual support and encouragement is available. Gam-Anon meetings are usually held on the same night as Gamblers Anonymous but are in separate rooms. |
