It covers all children up to eighteen with neuro-muscular conditions, and young adults (eighteen to twenty five) with life-limiting or very disabling neuro muscular conditions. The areas covered are Bristol, North Somerset, BANES, South Gloucestershire, Devon, Dorset, Cornwall, Gloucestershire and Somerset. Her Secretary, Allison Weeks, is available mornings only. An answering machine will take your message if no-one is available. As Jan also now works part time, it may take a little time to get back to you.
