Comment: | The Gloucestershire Care Sector Workforce Development Group seeks to work closely with local employers within the health and social care sector to support them to respond to the change agenda within health and social care. A key priority is the development and retention of a skilled workforce capable of delivering high quality services by providing opportunities to participate in training and development programmes.
The Project Co-ordinator post was created to help care home owners, domiciliary care providers and individuals to access these opportunities, and the funding that is also important. The training is deliveredby local training providers. They may also have funding available for some courses and qualifications - please contact the Project Co-ordinator for provider details. |
