Comment: | The purpose of the Foresters Fund For Children is to provide grants for projects involved with deprived and needy children, for the prevention of abuse, and the well being of children generally. Created in 1986, the Fund originally limited the help it provided to the single admirable aim of prevention of child abuse.
Since then, as the needs have grown, they have widened their objectives. They now extend their grant provision to helping all children and young people in the UK, and will make grants to help any organisation or group that has a project which helps to maintain or improve the quality of life, the well-being, of young people.
