Mainliners is a National Registered Charity working with ex and current injecting drug users and commercial sex workers infected or affected by HIV / AIDS, Hepatitis and other related problems. Mainliners arranges National HIV / Hepatitis C Conferences, training and produces a National Newsletter - MAINLINERS. Mainliners operate frontline services across London including the SMART Drug Project in Streatham. They also run a Hepatitis C Information and Resource Unit for the general public and healthcare professionals.
