Comment: | The Royal London Society for the Blind (RLSB) was established in 1838 to "Teach the Blind to Read". Since its inception the charity has grown and evolved, and today the RLSB offers education, training and employment services to people who are blind or partially sighted. The RLSB runs Dorton House Nursery, Dorton House School, and Dorton College of Further Education. Their Workbridge employment service supports people in open or self employment, while the industrial services division produces parts for the brewery and automotive industries. |
