The Children's Trust is situated at Tadworth Court which has been home to a variety of childrens services since 1927. The trust is a highly specialised organisation providing essential nursing care, treatment and education to children with profound disabilities and terminal diseases from all over the UK and occasionally from around the world. Its services are:
+ residential rehabilitation for children with an acquired brain injury;
+ resdiential special education in St. Margaret's School;
+ short breaks / respite care either on-site or in the family home;
+ transitional care for children with complex health and physical needs - including ventilatory care, supporting the transition from hospital to home;
+ community support for children returning to school after an acquired brain injury;
+ continuing and palliative care.
