Comment: | Rotary International in Great Britain and Ireland (RIBI), with its own governing body and constitution, is a territorial unit of Rotary International, the association of Rotary clubs worldwide. It administers twenty nine Rotary districts in England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. Local clubs are autonomous but it gives whatever aid seems appropriate to local needs, e.g. assistance to disabled or older people, equipment for hospitals etc. |
