Comment: | LIFE's National Hotline (0800-849-4545, open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 9:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm) is staffed by their most experienced counsellors and skilled helpers. You can call if you have a quick query, or if you want to talk in depth to someone over the phone. They can also point you in the direction of your nearest LIFE Pregnancy Care Centre.
At these centres, they offer free pregnancy testing, counselling, practical and emotional support and information on pregnancy and abortion. They offer free confidential support and counselling after abortion, miscarriage, pregnancy loss and adoption loss. LIFE can provide free baby clothes and equipment. The counsellors and helpers are there to listen, not to judge, and they can also refer clients to the LIFE FertilityCare Programme, (www.lifefertilitycare.co.uk) , Zoe's Place baby hospices (see separate record) and LIFE Housing, (wwww.lifehousing.co.uk).
