Comment: | Heart Smart is a series of exercise sessions put on by Cotswold District Council for people who have heart problems, including referrals from Rehabilitation Units and others who may be awaiting surgery. The sessions are suitable for people going through cardiac rehabilitation, phase four, and those that have gone through phase three.
Sessions in Cirencester are held in the Leisure Centre on Fridays, 1:15 to 2:45pm - partners / carers are also welcome.
