HFT (Home Farm Trust) is a national voluntary organisation dedicated to providing services for and with people with learning disabilities and their families. Founded in 1962, it now has a range of service networks across the country. It provides:
+ housing and support services to about seven hundred people, spanning a wide range of needs, including autism and multiple disabilities;
+ day services to a further two hundred people;
+ a range of other services including supported employment, advocacy, family carer support and specifically designed IT programmes for service users.
The emphasis is on individual and flexible services which are community based.
