HADCs primary mission is to maximise educational opportunities and enhance the quality of life for dyslexic people of all ages. HADC employs professional and administrative staff at Frensham and co-ordinates the work of a team of specialist teachers, educational psychologists, and speech and language therapists. Staff can provide information and offer positive and impartial advice on problems. HADC also provides a range of services for schools and for their teaching staff, including in-service training programmes, courses and conferences. Also services for parents and children, assessments, short courses and summer schools.
