Comment: | The Guideposts Trust provides community social support for people who are vulnerable, have un-met social needs and are dependent on others to live a reasonable quality of life. This includes people with learning difficulties, mental health needs, older people, young people and children. The service includes day support, residential placement and homes, activities in the community, friendships, carers' support and advice, and specialist training services in this field.
They also offer a floating support service for people with a learning disability in the Stroud area, through the Supporting People programme. |
