Comment:

DELTA (Deaf Education through Listening and Talking) is a voluntary association of deaf adults, parents and teachers of deaf children. They work to help deaf children listen and talk by - providing information on the Natural Aural Approach to the education of deaf children, organising meetings for families, running summer schools, offering training courses for teachers of the deaf, working with local education authorities, doctors, health visitors, audiologists and other professionals and setting up research and development projects. DELTA works with the Ewing Foundation which also endorses the Natural Aural Approach to the education of hearing-impaired children. Together they produce the Now We're talking Newsletter for families with children affected by a severe hearing impairment.
