Comment:	The Relatives and Residents Association is an organisation of residents in residential and nursing Homes and Long Stay Hospitals and their relatives and friends. They offer support and information on choosing a Home, paying fees, concerns about care and involving families and friends in Homes. If you have a query or need to talk to someone in confidence, the Association have a National Helpline (020-7359-8136), open Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:00pm. The Association have a network of local groups, a publications list and publish a regular newsletter. Additional administration number available on 020-7359-8148.
