The National Council for Palliative Care is the representative organisation for hospice and specialist palliative care services, both voluntary and NHS, in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The Council represents the views and interests of hospice and specialist palliative care services to ministers, civil servants, MPs, the media, statutory and other agencies. It provides a forum for hospices and palliative care teams to share knowledge, information and experience. The NCPC publishes 'Information Exchange' bi-monthly, and gives up-to-date information on policy and developments in the areas of hospice and specialist palliative care.
