Comment: | Homeberry House was built in 1984 to provide private retirement housing for people over sixty years of age. It comprises sixty apartments on four floors, with a lift to each floor. Facilities include a laundry room, residents lounge, guest room with kitchen and shower room (fee payable), communal gardens and a resident house manager. All residents must be able to care for themselves as there are no nursing or care facilities. |
