RNIB College Loughborough (previously the RNIB Vocational College) is a national specialist college supporting people with disabilities aged from sixteen to sixty three, on a residential or day basis. May, but not all, of the students have a sight problem; people also attend the college who have chronic illness, hearing loss, learning difficulties, physical mobility difficulties, mild to moderate health issues or mild to moderate autism, including Asperger's Syndrome. Many students have more than one difficulty or disability.
The College shares a campus with a mainstream college, and can offer a very wide range of coursesfrom pre-entry level through to Higher Education. You may be looking for the next stage in your education, a way of entering employment or a way of developing your independent living skills.
The College holds regular open days for potential students and professionals.
