The National Hardship Fund is a national initiative managed by Crusaid. The Fund aims to help improve the quality of life of people living with HIV and AIDS by providing financial help towards goods or services that cannot be met on income and are not available from statutory authorities. The Fund only gives grants to the person directly affected by HIV-AIDS and cannot give help to families, friends or partners involved with the care of the applicant.
