EAGA Partnership Ltd administers the Warm Front Scheme (previously the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme - HEES) and Warm Front Plus on behalf of the Government. It provides grants to make your home warmer, more energy efficient and more secure. As of June 2005 the grant went up to £2700 and for those needing oil fired central heating the grant is up to £4000. The grant has also changed to allow people to reapply to the scheme, for example if they have had insulation and now need more heating. The grant also now offers central heating to all qualifying households (subject to survey) not just to the over 60's.
Warm Front will provide a package of insulation and heating tailored to each property, to include loft insulation, cavity wall insulation and draught proofing.
