The Organisation of Blind African-Caribbeans (OBAC) has four core areas of focus - Support Services, Work, Poverty and Immigration. OBAC provides support, information and advice in the areas of welfare benefits, council tax, housing, counselling, aids, adaptation, mobility and general support services to blind or partially sighted African Caribbean people. They also offer training in basic, key and soft skills to enable the client group access employment, education and or training. We are a registered centre for OCR Clait and IBT II.

They provide a transcription services whereby they produce the Voice newspaper on tape weekly and the New African magazine monthly. OBAC also produces a quaterly newsletter.
