Disability Benefit Centres across the UK deal with initial applications for Attendance Allowance and Disability Living Allowance, from within their geographical area. The Sutton DBC whic covered South London, Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Kent, Sussex and Isle of Wight is now closed. Queries about current applications from these areas can be made to the Disability Contact and Processing Unit (DCPU) at Warbreck House, Warbreck Road, Blackpool FY2 0ZE (Helpline 08457-123456). Help can be obtained with filling in the AA or DLA Claim Pack - call Freephone 0800-882-200 for this service.
For general enquiries concerning the Sutton Area - not questions about specific claims - you can contact Judith Pearce, th e External Relations manager with responsibility for outreach work in the Sutton area at the DBC, Olympic House, Olympic Way, Wembley HA9 0DL; phone 020-8795-8509, fax 020-8795-8798, e-mail [email protected] - there is no public counter at Wembley DBC but the switchboard is open weekdays from 9:00am to 4:30pm.
