The Continence Foundation, a registered charity, is a resource centre for information and education on urinary and faecal incontinence, and related bowel and bladder problems. A helpline, staffed by specialist nurses, provides anonymity for callers. The Foundation Helpline number is 0845-345-0165 and operates Monday to Friday, from 9:30am to 1:00pm.
The Foundation produces leaflets, factsheets and reports. Call 020-7404-6875 for literature and non-medical enquiries.
