Comment: | Disability Information and Support (DISC) in Cotswolds has been set up by disabled people for disabled people and their carers, to offer information and support to cope with the wide range of concerns that might arise. DISC is open for enquiries five mornings a week from 9:00am to 1:00pm. An ansaphone operates at all other times. This free, confidential service uses the GUiDE information database together with the personal knowledge and expertise of local disabled people to provide local support in Cotswolds. Home visits can be arranged when needed. DISC offer a specialist service to help select and complete benefit forms.
DISC also has RADAR keys for sale at £3.50 and a few manual wheelchairs and two electric scooters for short term hire. |
