Marina Court will provide new ‘extra care’ housing in Tewkesbury. A complex of seventy five flats and bungalows is being built overlooking the marina in Tewksbury, due to open in October 2007. On site care will be available twenty four hours a day; able partners can move in as well; there will be a sleep in carer on site and varied and interesting communal features.
Applicants must be over fifty five.
People with a local connection in Tewksbury will be considered first but others are welcome to apply.
