Comment: | The Centre for Complementary and Integrated Medicine (CCIM) has a group of medically qualified practitioners, who work there on a full-time basis, and offer skills in a range of complementary medical techniques such as acupuncture, nutritional medicine, homoeopathy and clinical ecology. Other practitioners work at the Centre on a part-time basis. Its aims are to:
offer a clinical service to patients using a number of different complementary medical techniques;
teach these techniques, mostly at a post-graduate level;
promote and effect research in this area of medicine.
There is also a London clinic at 14 Harley House, Brunswick Place, London NW1 4PR. |
