Art Works Space is a network of Arts Therapists based in Gloucestershire. They offer Individual, Group and Studio sessions for people seeking psychological support and personal exploration. They work with a wide range of people in various locations, and have a base in Nailsworth, near Stroud. They are primarily Art Therapists.
Art is a non-verbal language and can be useful for communicating when there are no words to explain how we feel or it is too difficult to talk about our experiences. No skill or experience of making art is required in order to benefit from Art Therapy. Through the art activity creative connections may be made which can help you to be more creative in all aspects of your life. Some people find this an easier way into therapy.
