Organisation:Crossroads - Caring for Carers

Comment:

Crossroads charity gives information and practical help to carers. The Crossroads service to carers is delivered through schemes throughout England and Wales. A sister organisation supports carers in Scotland. The schemes send trained care support workers into the home who will take over the carers role to give the carer a break from looking after an ill or disabled relative at home.
Use the website to locate your nearest scheme / local contact. If you have any trouble using this, please ring 0845-450-0350 to find out where your nearest scheme is.
