Comment: | Against Breast Cancer (ABC) funds a research programme into new treatment and prevention of breast cancer, focusing particularly on metastases and survival after breast cancer. A team of researchers, funded by ABC, is based at University College, Londonand Diet and Lifestyle Units around the UK. The ABC Research Team's aim is to find a vaccine against breast cancer. Their three-pronged attack looks at how the cancer cell, patients' natural resistance and their environment (especially diet and lifestyle) interact.
