Comment:

Against Breast Cancer (ABC) funds a research programme into new treatment and prevention of breast cancer, focusing particularly on metastases and survival after breast cancer. A team of researchers, funded by ABC, is based at University College, Londonand Diet and Lifestyle Units around the UK. The ABC Research Team's aim is to find a vaccine against breast cancer. Their three-pronged attack looks at how the cancer cell, patients' natural resistance and their environment (especially diet and lifestyle) interact.

ABC provides information and advice about the research programme. An annual magazine is also produced.
