Comment: | The Aetherius Society is a new age organisation practising yoga, self development prayer and various methods of giving spiritual healing. It was founded in England in 1955 by Dr George King and was incorporated in the USA as a non-profit, religious, scientific and educational organisation five years later. There are headquarters in Britain and North America, and branches throughout the world. The Society produces leaflets, organises meetings, lectures and courses, and provides a telephone counselling and advice service. |
