Partnership with Parents is the Parent Partnership Service for Gloucestershire County Council. It is a free, confidential and impartial service which gives information, advice and support to parents / carers of children who have special educational needs (SEN). It enables parents / carers to play a full part in the processes and decisions related to their childs needs.
The Service can help with:
+ the school based stages of the SEN Code of Practice;
+ Statutory Assessments and Statements;
+ school placements;
+ exclusions (if the child has SEN);
+ support at meetings at school, with the local authority or other agencies;
+ reports, documents and letters;
+ information, literature and a wide range of contacts and helpful information.
