Comment: | The Cheltenham and Gloucester Nuffield Hospital opened in December 2000. This modern, well equipped hospital has thirty two in-patient rooms, an ambulatory unit and a two bed High Dependency Unit.
They offer facilities for the care of patients with a wide range of surgical and medical conditions. The hospital benefits from committed, fully trained staff working with up to date, new equipment in all areas. They believe, however, that the most important aspect of their service is the individual care and attention they give to every patient.
There are eleven consulting rooms within the out-patient suite, together with minor procedures and recovery rooms. There are also three operating theatres and large departments for physiotherapy and imaging, including a Spiral CT scanner.
The hospital is situated on the outskirts of Cheltenham, close to Junction 11 of the M5. |
