The Lauriston Hotel welcomes guests who are blind or visually impaired, their guides and friends. All rooms are en-suite, with tea and coffee making facilities, radio cassette recorders, televisions, telephones and talking alarm clocks. A speaking lift gives access to most first and second floor rooms. Guide rails are located throughout the hotel itself and the gardens. The hotel is situated on the level close to shops, theatres and the promenade. Guide dogs are welcome and dog beds can be provided. A dog run with shower facilities has recently been installed at the rear of the premises in a private fenced off area. All rates are for half-board accommodation (except Christmas and New Year).
