Organisation:REMAP

Comment:

REMAP is a voluntary service provided by engineers and other professionals who are able to design and construct one-off customised aids for disabled people. Aids can range from a walking-standing aid for a child with severely restricted growth, to a modification for a moped or wheelchair. Cases are assessed on merit and each accepted case is handled individually.
REMAP will only design and make an aid if there is no suitable equivalent available elsewhere, or if the aid available requires modification to suit the disabled person.
