Comment: | Formerly known as Hertforshire College of Art and Design, this school has merged with the University of Hertfordshire. Short art therapy courses are intended for teachers, therapists, social workers, artists, students and others interested in the therapeutic uses of art, dance and drama. Doctors, nurses, psychologists and others will learn to understand art therapy processes and explore their own creativity, though the short courses should not be seen as qualifying people to practice or as personal therapy. Also runs MA Art Therapy and Foundation Certificate for professionals wishing to train as art therapists.
