Comment:

Action Against Medical Accidents (AvMA) helps people who have been, or think they have been, victims of a medical accident. A Support Network for clients is available. Advice is given about legal and non-legal methods of securing redress, acquiring specialist lawyers, making a complaint and seeking compensation. AvMA works to change attitudes of Health Carers towards accidents and procedures for compensation. Call the helpline (0845-123-2352 - open 10:00am to5:00pm Monday to Friday) for help and / or advice, or for an info pack which outlines how AvMA can help. A form detailing the type of info necessary and possible avenues of action is included.
