Comment: | The Asbestos Departmentt of OEDA (Occupational and Environmental Diseases Association) continues the service formerly provided by SPAID (The Society for the Prevention of Asbestosis and Industrial Disease). OEDA gives information to victims, alerts doctors, scientists, MPs, researchers and local authorities to new information on risks, problems and needs from the families assisted by OEDA. It also helps victims to claim compensation and works for new safety and compensation legislation. OEDA has produced a number of publications available at varying costs. |
