Comment:

The Campden and District Historical and Archaeological Society holds eight meetings each year at 8:00pm on the third Thursday of the month. Visiting lecturers are arranged and all members are encouraged to get involved in research on the history of the district. The Society issues about four bulletins to members on issues of general interest and twice a year publish a journal - "Notes and Queries" - containing research articles as well as queries and the answers to them. Each summer they have one, two or three outings to places of historical interest.
