Gloucestershire Association for Mental Health (gamh) - Forest of Dean offers a friendly setting to meet and relax, members are encouraged to participate in activities in the centres with support from volunteers and staff if necessary. The Centre is open five days a week as follows - Monday 11:00am to 3:00pm and Tuesday to Friday from 10:00am to 3:00pm (except Bank Holidays). Activities programme developed with user participation, arts, crafts, keep-fit, swimming, outings and visits, men and women's group.
One evening each week there is a youth group at the Centre using a variety of community facilities such as restaurants and cafes, bowling and the pictures.
