It is run by nurses and managers experienced in assessing and arranging help and care at home, in interviewing, assessing and training staff, and in matching staff with client requirements.
Oxford Aunts can provide live-in care staff either on a temporary or longer-term basis. Generally live-in care staff will undertake shopping, cooking, laundry, and other light domestic duties, as well as driving, accompanying you on outings and appointments, etc.
Personal care requirements are assessed individually, and can be provided on four levels from minimal assistance such as running a bath, doing up buttons and zips, etc, to more complex assistance for someone with a physical or mental impairment. |
