Comment: | The River Thames Boat Project has a specially adapted eighty six foot Dutch barge - the "Venturer" - accessible to people with disabilities. It is spacious and well equipped with a galley, bunks, a lift, accessible lavatories and a variety of information and educational resources about the Thames, and is moored close to Kingston town centre. From there, voyages can be made up river to Windsor, or downstream through the bridges of London.
The Project, believed to be the only organisation of its kind operating on the Thames is unique in offering:
