The service answers calls from children and young people in Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Oxfordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, the West Midlands and Worcestershire. Children and young people can call ChildLine on 0800-1111 - calls from the area automatically go through to the twenty four hour service based in London, before being diverted to the nearest available counsellor.
