Comment: | Decent Homes Grants are available to bring properties up to the Decent Homes Standard. They are offered to vulnerable owner-occupiers and certain tenants who are in receipt of a neans tested or disability benefit. Grants may also be awarded for landlords for both occupied and empty properties, subject to certain conditions.
An interest free loan is also available to low income, vulnerable households for essential repairs and renovations. |
