Comment: | Ark House (formerly Stroud Housing for Young People) provides high quality, self-contained accommodation with support to vulnerable young single Homeless. The scheme aims to prepare residents to move into independence by supporting them to gain the skills required to manage their own future tenancies successfully.
Support staff will work together to establish a support package that meets the needs of the individual. Support workers are present on site and can assist young people with all areas of support, including:
+ benefits advice
+ budgeting
+ cooking
+ training and education.
All residents should be prepared to engage with support staff as a condition of their tenancy.
