The Mobility Advice Line is a public enquiry service available to advise on how people with disabilities and those who may care for them, can best retain or enhance their mobility and independance, via adapted personal transport where necessary. It also offers a specialist information service to staff in public and voluntary organisations. Whilst the service covers the five counties surrounding Birmingham, they will try to answer any enquiry.
The office is open 10:00am to 4:00pm, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and at all other times there is an ansaphone. All calls will be answered - please leave your telephone number.
