The Cotswold Listener is a talking newspaper for people who are registered visually impaired. It complements local newspapers and is distributed free of charge by the Post Office. A talking magazine on topics of general interest is also produced. The Cotswold Listener serves the North Cotswolds. Weekly ninety minute C90 tapes are issued for use on normal domestic tape players. When the cassettes are returned they are cleaned and re-wound for the next recording.
